Working with Linda Wright has been a great pleasure. I was looking for a home in an area with limited inventory and high demand, so finding a home at a reasonable prices was not going to be easy. I was worried about getting a realtor to help me find a house as I had heard so many stories about how difficult they can be to work with.I never had any difficulty getting in touch with her or working with her. Linda will not only listen to what you want during your initial meeting but will also be listening to what you say during a walk through in a house and then adjust the game plan accordingly so you don’t waste your time looking at houses that don’t fit your needs. With all of the house on the market it is great to have someone who can tell you what is a good bargain & a good neighborhood, especially when you are not familiar with a particular area. I would like to take a moment to share my home selling experiences with Linda Wright as my agent. My husband & I were in the market for a new home and needed to sell our existing home. Choosing Linda as my realtor was the best decision made in the selling process of my home in South Tampa. She was the 3rd and final realtor I interviewed and she did not come across as a pushy salesperson but was very likeable, professional, and knowledgeable of the neighborhood. Linda being an appraiser as well as a realtor gives her sellers a free full appraisal which was so much more valuable in determining the listing price than just looking at pictures of other homes and guessing what they might be worth. Right away she gave me ideas to get my home ready for showing such as removing all personal photos so potential buyers see their family in there and not mine, de-cluttering, and she even had ideal furniture arrangement ideas during the professional photo session that I ended up keeping until sold. Linda had two open houses as part of her marketing and always communicated feedback and ideas after showings. She reviewed inspection reports and suggested actions that would pay-off.
